针灸和未来的再生医学

         本文以一些临床实例来旁证针灸辨证施针的科学性和可循性。并引进了全新的观念即“针灸能激发，诱导和提高人体的修复机制”来阐述针灸的一些临床效果。其中所举病例， 他们的康复是必须建立在解剖逆转的基础上的，即是从一种病理解剖结构经过自体干细胞的修复，逆转到正常的解剖结构，并重获已失去的生理功能。因为干细胞存在于所有多细胞组织里，尤其大量存在于如骨髓，血液，眼，眼角膜，视网膜，脑，肌肉（尤其是骨胳肌），牙髓，皮肤，脂肪，消化系统（胃，肠等），肝脏，胰腺等组织中。在成体组织里，干细胞与先驱细胞担任身体的修复系统，补充成体组织。文中临床病例提示针灸能诱导和提高人体的修复机制，它实际上和人的自身成体干细胞的修复机制有关，并且针灸的这种临床治疗作用很可能优于再生医学中的异体干细胞移植。

 

ACUPUNCTURE AND FUTURE OF REGENERATIVE MEDICINE

   In this article some of the clinical cases have shown the scientific evidences of using Traditional Chinese Medicine theories guide clinical practice.  Acupuncture related “adult stem cells” functional repaired body system has been also discussed, the adult stem cells exist in almost all the human tissues, such as bone marrow, blood, eye, cornea, retina, brain, muscle, tooth pulp, skin, fat, digestive system, liver, and pancreas etc.  They response systematically to repair of the body tissues and organs, the medical based case evidences indicate that the acupuncture can successfully stimulate the adult stem cells to repair the damaged tissues and organs.  Acupuncture  may be the better therapies than transplantation of Stem Cells.
